Two women embracing at a SoulKonnect workshop

Reveal

Discover what holds you back

Recognize this?

You understand yourself intellectually. You may even know exactly why you pull away, perform, overgive, or shut down.

But in the moments that matter — when you feel seen, challenged, desired, vulnerable, or asked to trust — your body reacts before your mind can intervene.

This workshop helps you meet those reactions where they begin: in the body. So instead of repeating the same protective patterns, you can stay present, open, and connected in real contact with others.

What is Reveal?

Our core half-day, in-person, body-based group experience — the core workshop of the SoulKonnect Method:

Reveal · Release · Repattern

Reveal

See the automatic reaction as it happens in your body — not as an idea, but as a felt experience in real contact.

Release

Discharge the tension your body still holds behind that reaction, through breath, movement, and guided somatic work.

Repattern

Practise a new response in real time, so it becomes available to you in your relationships and everyday life.

Who is this for

You're looking for real connection

You want depth — with yourself, and with the people around you. Not small talk, not performing the right thing, just real, felt contact. You're curious what it's like to meet someone fully, without the usual mask.

You notice your body reacting, and you want to understand why

In the moments that matter — when you're seen, challenged, desired, or asked to trust — something in you reacts before you've decided anything. You want to feel that reaction as it happens, not just talk about it.

You've done the inner work, now you want it in the body

You've been in therapy, done the reading, named what holds you back. You're tired of insight without real change — ready to meet it somatically, not just intellectually.

What You'll Experience:

  1. 01

    Slow down and notice

What's actually happening in your body during real connection and real triggers.

  2. 02

See your pattern show up live

Through guided partner and group practices, in a safe and structured space.

  3. 03

    Experience Douceur

A guided partner dance practice where you explore different qualities and depths of connection through movement, not just talk about it.

  4. 04

Explore different ways of meeting another person

Through boundaries, distance, eye contact, movement, leading, following, giving and receiving.

  5. 05

    Practice staying connected to yourself

While meeting another person with more openness, clarity, and choice.

Participants pairing up in a SoulKonnect group workshop

By the end of the day:

  • A clear understanding of how and why you react the way you do in real connection.

  • A felt experience of staying connected to yourself while meeting another person.

  • Simple embodied tools to pause, regulate, and choose your response more consciously.

  • A new sense of what safe, present, and authentic connection can feel like.

I finally feel my own 'Yes' and 'No' in my body right when it's happening, so I can stay true to myself without freezing or automatically pleasing others.
